Light-run is an interactive game which stimulates youngster girls to get more active while chilling out with friends.
Youngsters go through a lot of physical and physiological changes. This is visible in their behaviour and the rise of new interests. Through social media and smart phones they stay always connected with their friends. The project focused on how to combine this social communication with a physical environment in order to get youngsters more active again. Light-run is an interactive game that is based on the use of your phone combined with physical elements. The pylons enlighten and you can create your own running games through an app.
This individual project was done in collaboration with Profit and was part of the first semester of my masters. A poster presentation and abstract has been published during the 23rd TAFISA World Congress, 2013, Enschede, NL, 23-27 October.
